We are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the full marketing operations for a hospitality brand with 3 businesses within the umbrella. The ideal candidate will work closely alongside Vision Mediaworks and be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all areas of marketing, including social media management, website management, email marketing, customer outreach, offline marketing and overall brand presence. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands hospitality marketing and is confident managing campaigns, content planning, promotions, customer engagement and day-to-day marketing coordination across multiple venues. This role is also site-based and will require the candidate to regularly visit the venues and capture content for social media and marketing purposes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the social media presence across all platforms
  • Coordinating with Vision Mediaworks on content, campaigns and promotions
  • Capturing photo and video content on-site for social media
  • Managing website updates and ensuring information is up to date
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns and customer databases
  • Supporting offline marketing and local outreach initiatives
  • Helping improve brand awareness, customer engagement and bookings
  • Monitoring marketing performance and suggesting improvements
  • Ensuring all marketing activity aligns with the brand identity

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of direct experience in hospitality marketing or a similar role
  • Be confident with taking social media content for restaurants and hospitality venues
  • Understand the hospitality and restaurant industry
  • Be organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Have strong communication and coordination skills
  • Be confident working independently and alongside external agencies

Please note: We will not hire candidates without relevant experience, as this is an immediate start role. This role does not provide sponsorship. Part-time position. Salary: Pro rata £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
