Support planning and procurement of medical and non-medical equipment and furniture.

Facilitate user workgroups: organize meetings, guide departments, review performance indicators and work plans.

Assist in budget planning and control to ensure project financial compliance.

Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to prepare equipment and furniture specifications for tenders.

Review tender submissions for technical compliance and provide recommendations to users.

Support tender committees in evaluating equipment and services for procurement.

Act as a liaison between user departments and consultants to document hospital workflows, interdependencies, and special requests.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management and procurement.
  • Healthcare background highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities.
