Our client is an award-winning, UK Top 10 IFA firm based in Caterham, Surrey. The company has significant plans to grow in 2025 and has just begun its search for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join its rapidly-expanding Administration team. The Senior IFA Administrator position allows for hybrid working, with the successful candidate working from home 2 days per week.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the firm’s Head of Administration, the Senior IFA Administrator's key duties will include:
- Mentoring a small team of Administrators and helping with their workloads
- Overseeing the team’s performance
- Helping the team provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisers
- Handling client inquiries, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth operations for Financial Advisers
- Managing client documentation and ensuring compliance
- Planning and providing effective induction for new team members and ensuring they have a clear development plan
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years' IFA administration experience
- Possess a strong platforms background (Standard Life and Elevate experience ideal)
- Experience of mentoring/managing members of staff
- XPlan experience a bonus but not essential
- Live a commutable distance from Caterham
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE:
The package for the Senior IFA Administrator role is as follows:
- £40,000-£50,000 salary
- 25 days' annual leave
