Our client is an award-winning, UK-wide Retirement Specialist and Financial Wellbeing Group. The company provides financial education and guidance to employees of corporate and public sector organisations. Due to expansion, our client is looking to hire a home-based Financial Coach to join its rapidly expanding Financial Wellbeing division. The role can be based anywhere across the UK.

The Financial Coach will be expected to deliver financial education programmes to employees of corporate and public sector clients. These programmes will be delivered to large groups of employees via online and face-to-face seminars, webinars, and webcasts.

The Financial Coach's key duties will include:

  • Delivery of educational seminars, webinars and webcasts on a range of financial, tax and related subjects
  • To provide technical support to colleagues within the Financial Coaches team and across the business
  • To assist in the development of new modules and research
  • To keep up to date on changing legislation, eg pensions, taxation, investments
  • Produce ideas for employee education, eg subject matter and delivery methods
  • Assist in the design of new education modules as required
