Position : IFA Administrator

Location : Cheam, Surrey

Salary / package : Up to ÂŁ35,000, 5% annual bonus, Pension (employer 5%, employee 3%), Death in Service (x 4), 26 days annual leave, Study support

Our client is a well‑established, award‑winning IFA business, set up during the early 1990s. The firm’s aim is to provide simple and professional advice to make sure all their clients achieve their financial goals – a philosophy which hasn’t changed in over than 30 years.

THE ROLE

Due to an imminent departure in the business, the firm is now keen to hire an IFA Administrator to join its Support Team. The position is office‑based with flexible hours. Reporting to the Head of Administration, the IFA Administrator’s key duties will include :

  • Provide administrative support to the financial advisers, servicing new and existing clients.
  • Use various programs such as Intelligent Office and Volume.
  • Navigate through different provider platforms.
  • Process relevant applications.
  • Written and verbal communication with the administration team, Financial advisers, other providers and clients.
