This is an award-winning national Financial Planning and Wealth Management Business looking to grow their Diploma Qualified Financial Advisors | Independent Financial Advisors across the UK. Offering wealth management services to mass affluent and HNW individuals. Highly profitable group, carrying no debt, and long-standing track record in Financial Services.
THE ROLE
The role as a Financial Advisor is an exceptional offering and includes the following: existing client bank provided, access to ongoing leads, lead generation support, back-office support including paraplanning and admin support.
The business is constantly purchasing client books and has FUM to offer new Financial Advisors to manage. An existing client book is therefore provided, servicing clients, managing and retaining business as well as conducting new business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The business is looking for Diploma Level 4 Qualified Financial Advisor, Independent Financial Advisor, with minimum 2 years’ experience in a CF30 UK Financial Advisor role.
Employed or Self Employed Financial Advisor
£55,000 – £75,000 Basic Salary plus car allowance
Un-capped bonus
Existing client bank provided
Conduct fact find meetings with new and existing clients
Prepare sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their financial goals
Advise clients on current financial issues and make recommendations
Build strong relationships to retain existing clients
Generate new business and build introducer relationships
Access to business development support team
Manage your own diary
Market leading IT system
Work from home | access to office
WHAT YOU\’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
1-2 years minimum experience as a Financial Advisor
Experience of advising clients on Investments, Pension and Protection
Proven track record of success and achievements
Experience of managing client relationships
Able to manage and retain a client book
Able to further grow a client book
You may have a client book already and need a superior proposition
Hungry, driven and motivated individual – wanting to earn minimum c£100,000+
