Salary/package: £55,000 (OTE £75,000 Year 1) + Uncapped Bonus Scheme + 25 days’ Annual Leave + Pension (6% employer/3% employee) + PMI + Study Support + Income Protection + Outstanding career prospects

Our client is a very successful, UK-wide Retirement and Financial Education Group headquartered in Liverpool. The company specialises in financial wellbeing and retirement solutions, helping people in the workplace improve their financial futures.

THE ROLE

  • Deliver new profitable corporate clients to the business.
  • Achieve a new business sales target as defined by the Head of New Business.
  • Develop and manage a new business contact plan, including pipeline development and activity planning & management.
  • Follow up on new business leads to arrange initial and subsequent meetings from:
    • External events
    • Mailing campaigns
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business model to support engaging discussions with prospects and clients.
  • Support new client handover meetings with the Corporate Project Implementation Manager and Relationship Manager.
  • Keep updated on employee benefit market developments, particularly workplace pensions and share schemes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience selling Employee Benefits to large corporates (e.g., Workplace Pensions, PMI, Group Protection).
  • Good understanding of UK pensions (DB, DC, etc.).
  • Enthusiastic and driven.
