Position: Employee Benefit Support
Location: Redhill, Surrey (2 days per week WFH)
Salary/package: Up to £45,000; annual bonus; 27 days annual leave; 6% pension; DIS; Healthcare; study support; various other benefits.

Our client is an award-winning Employee Benefit Consultancy and Chartered Financial Planner. Established over 25 years ago, the Corporate side of the business is now keen to hire a Employee Benefit Support to join its rapidly expanding EB team.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Technical Director, the Employee Benefit Support's key duties will include:
- Delivering technical support to the Employee Benefit Consultants
- Technical, Market and Product Research
- Preparing quote specifications for new and existing benefit schemes
- Negotiating competitive terms with providers on new and existing benefit schemes
- Preparing renewal recommendation reports for group protection, healthcare and wellbeing employee benefit schemes
- Preparing recommendation reports for new clients and/or new employee benefit schemes
- Preparing Powerpoint Presentations for the advisers to deliver to the clients
- Preparing annual governance reports for an employers workplace pension scheme
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates interested in the Employee Benefit Support vacancy will need the following criteria:
- 2 years’ Employee Benefits experience.
- Workplace Pensions, Group Protection and/or Healthcare experience.
- Keen to study for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the Employee Benefit Support vacancy is as follows:
- Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working available (2 days per week WFH)
