Position: Employee Benefit Consultant
Location: Caterham, Surrey
Salary/package: Up to £70,000 Lucrative bonus structure 25 days annual leave 6% Pension DIS Healthcare Study support Various other benefits.

Our client is an award-winning Employee Benefit Consultancy and Chartered Financial Planner. Established over 25 years ago, the Corporate side of the business is now keen to hire an experienced Employee Benefit Consultant to join its rapidly expanding EB team.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Employee Benefit Consultant’s key duties will include:
- Managing an employee benefit portfolio of corporate clients
- Delivering regulated advice and scheme management services on workplace pension, protection, healthcare and wellbeing benefits to the employer and employees
- Promoting the value of employee benefit schemes to existing corporate clients and their employees
- Securing new corporate clients and additional employee benefit schemes and services from existing corporate clients.
- Building meaningful and lasting business relationships with the corporate clients and employees
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates interested in the Employee Benefit Consultant vacancy will need the following criteria:
- Part qualified in the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, or better
- Experience of advising on Employee Benefits, including workplace pension schemes
- Group Risk and Healthcare scheme experience
