This is a great opportunity for a Production Accountant/Finance Manager with strong Paprika skills and relevant experience within the creative sector to take on this sole role managing the finance department, reporting to the Managing Director and Freelance Finance Director. Ideally, you will be part qualified or QBE, confident, outgoing, and looking for a part-time, 3-day week opportunity.

As Production Accountant/Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Production team ensuring client budgets are accurate and the jobs are fully reconciled. You will attend board meetings to report on company figures and any other ad-hoc company processes and decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all day-to-day accounting (including posting invoices, raising sales invoices, paying suppliers, reconciling bank accounts, etc.)
  • Producing monthly Management Accounts with variance analysis
  • Preparing and managing cashflow forecasts, company forecasts, and financial analysis measuring the success of projects
  • Preparing and accounting for all VAT, PAYE, and Tax
  • Managing monthly Payroll
  • Assisting the FD with ad hoc projects
