Vision for Education is supporting our client Schools for continued support within their Learning Support Department. We require several Teaching Assistants for a mixture of Full and Part time roles in Winter. Historically, roles at our Client Schools do become permanent; however, fixed-term placements are also available. The learning support department offers training and support to their Teaching Assistants and opportunities for career progression. Since the start of the Academic year, we’ve successfully placed over 30 Teaching Assistants to our client Schools on Permanent contracts and now require more Teaching Assistants for assignments in Primary, SEN and Secondary Schools.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be tasked with providing 1:1 or small group support to learners with additional needs. Available vacancies in SEN, Secondary and Primary Schools in Hull.
Requirements
- The desired Teaching Assistant will have experience of working within a School or care setting
- Availability across Monday - Friday between 8.30 and 15.30
- An enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or be happy to apply for one)
- 2 references from previous employers
