About the role

Year 3 Teacher (full/part time, temporary) Lincoln £22,035 – £41, 333 per annum (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications) January 2026 – ongoing Vision for Education are looking to recruit a positive and highly motivated Year 3 Teacher to work in our client schools around Lincoln and the surrounding areas on an ad hoc basis with the possibility of becoming longer term for the right candidate. Working in primary schools, the Year 3 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons whilst managing behaviour. Requirements: The desired Year 3 Teacher will:

  • Hold QTS and have recent teaching experience.
  • Be an excellent, professional classroom practitioner.
  • Have passion for teaching and the progression of pupils.
  • Be a team player.
