This Behaviour Mentor role is a great opportunity to support pupils in a structured and positive learning environment while gaining valuable classroom experience. We are looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor who can work closely with teachers to support learning and behaviour, helping pupils stay engaged and confident throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor:
- Supporting pupils in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting inclusion
- Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and development
- Assisting with breaktime supervision and school activities
