Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in the Wolverhampton area. This full-time role will involve supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and delivering pre-planned lessons when required. Requirements

  • Hold HLTA status, a relevant Level 4 qualification, or have equivalent classroom experience.
  • Have experience working within a primary school, ideally across Key Stage 1.
  • Be confident delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting whole-class learning.
  • Have excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
  • Be passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Be an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service.
  • Be able to provide relevant references covering your recent employment history.
