Requirements
- Hold HLTA status, a relevant Level 4 qualification, or have equivalent classroom experience.
- Have experience working within a primary school, ideally across Key Stage 1.
- Be confident delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting whole-class learning.
- Have excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
- Be passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Be an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience (desirable but not essential).
- Have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service.
- Be able to provide relevant references covering your recent employment history.
