We are looking for both full time and part time ECTs who are happy to cover all year groups. If you have a specific preference of days you would like to work or age groups you would prefer to support, please let us know and we can meet your expectations.
Permanent positions can be offered through Vision for Education on a temp-to-perm basis if the school feel you are the right fit, and this is something you wish to pursue yourself. Vision for Education are delighted to help you build experience and confidence as you begin your teaching career, as we will offer you the opportunity to teach within a variety of school environments, delivering engaging lessons in your specialist subject while developing your classroom practice.
Responsibilities may include:
- Delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and supporting pupil engagement
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Working collaboratively with school staff to support student development
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS
- A relevant degree or teaching qualification
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- The flexibility and enthusiasm to work across different school settings
