Vision for Education is recruiting Trainee Learning Support Assistants across North Somerset and surrounding areas, including Weston-super-Mare, Nailsea and Portishead. The roles offer full-time or part-time contracts with a September 2026 start date.
As a Trainee Learning Support Assistant you will work with pupils with SEND, SEMH, autism and additional learning needs, supporting lesson delivery and behaviour management while helping with literacy, numeracy and emotional regulation in inclusive settings.
