About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant 3 to join a supportive primary school in Uckfield. This is a full-time role, ideal for an experienced TA who can provide advanced support to pupils across the school and help lead learning initiatives under the guidance of class teachers. As a Teaching Assistant 3, you will work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions, support small groups and individual pupils, and provide additional guidance to pupils with more complex needs. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment and supporting pupils both academically and socially.
