A secure and cheerful Early Years provision (Private Day Care establishment), where Ofsted has rated the setting ‘Good’ with a strong Senior leadership in place. Leaders have high expectations for their children in both their pastoral and educational outcomes. The school is three-formed entry, searching for an Early Years Practitioner to act as a support for young children in a 40 place nursery within a primary school working within the Early Years department across the hours of 7:30-6pm but flexibly.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or above educational subject e.g. Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education/T Level or other relevant subject.
  • Experience working with children with SEN in a nursery or educational setting.
  • A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage or the confidence to develop this.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
  • A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
