The predicted salary is between 22000 - 28000 £ per year.

Working both one to one and in small groups with students with Special Educational Needs, outside of the classroom in a primary school setting. Supporting children by following EHCPs and school guidelines. Starting from after the Easter Holidays, 13th April 2026, as a day-to-day / part-time member of staff with the potential to become a permanent member for the right fit. Working between school hours of 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday up until the end of summer term, July 2026.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people (preferably in an educational setting)
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Have or be able to obtain a DBS Certificate registered to the update service
  • Be able to gain at least two relevant references covering the last 2 years
