As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will be required to support children in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher. The role can vary from each school, and you may be required to run small group interventions or work 1:1 with a child to ensure their needs are being met. Following a successful interview and pending suitability, safeguarding and identity checks, we will work to secure you paid placements in a school to further develop your skills. We will help you to develop your identity as an educator and help you to choose your specialist area from EYFS, KS1, KS2 to secondary school and ALN provision.
