Vision for Education are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants within Swansea to support pupils within the Foundation Phase as and when schools require. These positions are on a supply basis and could either involve short term day to day cover or longer term roles. The role is varied and will involve supporting young children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis starting immediately on a part and full time basis. You will be required to support pupils with classroom based activities and outdoor play.

Requirements:

  • Recent and relevant experience supporting primary aged children with a particular focus on Early Years classes.
  • A patient and caring nature.
  • The ability to engage students.
  • The ability to work closely with the class teacher and other staff members within the class.
  • The ability to get to schools within the Haverfordwest area.
