As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be committed, resilient and have the desire to want to make a difference to the lives of some of our most vulnerable young people. You will create a stimulating, safe and structured environment for pupils with complex needs and be 'on call' for anyone in crisis/who may need emotional support or guidance.
