Responsibilities
- The Youth Worker will be supporting young people with Special educational needs in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
- Following the guidance of the teacher but knowing the students well enough to deal with any conflicts
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children and young people, offering consistent guidance and encouragement
