This job posting is for a Learning Support Assistant position in Stoke-on-Trent, offering a salary of £462.80 per week. The role involves working within a local SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) school, providing support to pupils with moderate learning difficulties and more complex needs on a small group and 1:1 basis. The position will commence asap on a full-time, ongoing basis, with the potential for permanency for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an SEND setting with various needs, be adaptable, reliable, and passionate about helping children succeed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are also essential.
