Vision for Education are recruiting passionate EYFS Teachers for Reception, Nursery, supply, long-term, and potential permanent opportunities across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and surrounding areas. With schools already planning for September, demand is growing for experienced Early Years teachers who can create engaging, nurturing learning environments. The Role
- Deliver engaging teaching in Reception or Nursery settings
- Support children’s development across communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal development
- Create safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environments
- Deliver phonics and support early development milestones
- Work closely with EYFS teams, teaching assistants, and school leaders
- Adapt confidently across different school settings

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- EYFS classroom experience
- Strong understanding of Early Years pedagogy
- Confidence delivering phonics
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
ECTs with relevant Early Years experience are encouraged to apply.
