Vision for Education is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to support children across nurseries and early years settings in the Stoke-on-Trent area. About the Role

  • Support children within nursery and early years settings in line with the EYFS framework
  • Work closely with room leaders and early years staff to create a safe, engaging environment
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to aid development and learning

  • Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met

Requirements

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
  • Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Be confident supporting children’s development and behaviour
  • Possess a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
  • Be patient, caring, and committed to supporting young learners
