Vision for Education are seeking an experienced and inspirational Year 3 Teacher to join a well regarded primary school near Spalding, beginning in September 2026. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a team of experienced and hard working teachers, supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop new skills.
About the role
- Deliver pre-planned work to year 3 students
- Work collaboratively within the Key Stage 2 team
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Plan and deliver engaging, enriching and inclusive learning opportunities
- Build strong relationships with pupils and parents
To be considered for the role of Year 3 Teacher you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- A passion for providing quality education
- Recent experience teaching within a Primary School
- Excellent communication, time keeping and organisational skills
