Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join a school in Sevenoaks. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, helping children and young people with a range of complex Special Educational Needs achieve their full potential.
The role is initially offered through Vision for Education, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract with the school for the right candidate.
The Role
As the school's Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with physical disabilities, neurological conditions and complex learning needs. You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, parents and external professionals to deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions that promote independence, mobility and participation in school life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing pupils' physical needs and developing individual treatment programmes.
- Delivering one-to-one and group physiotherapy sessions.
- Creating and reviewing therapy goals within EHCPs.
- Advising staff on manual handling, positioning, mobility and equipment.
- Working closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists and the wider education team.
- Supporting pupils to access learning, play and daily activities safely and confidently.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and reports.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience is highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate, flexible and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child-centred practice.
