Job Summary
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant you will be required to train in Introduction to education, Behaviour management and Special Educational needs, free of charge for the right person who is committed to educational outcomes for children.

The schools within your area are struggling to find the right person to support their children. We will try to find work as nearby as we can. You will gain a placement to support your progression as a trainee and you will be paid.
Requirements
- Experience within work or personal experiences
- You can provide at least 2 references from work you have previously completed
- You are committed to our CPD courses
- Provide a DBS or put one into process with ourselves at your own cost
- Ability to be flexible and approachable
- Committed to achieving Teaching Assistant Status
Salary & Benefits
£14 to £17 per hour, dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
- Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
