On behalf of the Connect Multi-Academy Trust, based in the County Durham area, Vision for Education is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis from September 2026.
The SEN Primary Teaching Assistant appointed for the role will be working in a KS1 SEN provision, where pupils mainly have SEMH needs.
The role will involve supporting the children in the provision to make progress towards learning goals.
This is a ‘Good’ school, where pupils enjoy coming to school and feel supported in their learning.
Requirements
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
