Vision for Education are expanding our network of Cover Supervisors to support a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Sheffield and surrounding areas. About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring learning continues smoothly when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for supervising lessons, supporting students, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Maintaining strong classroom behaviour and engagement
  • Supporting students to stay focused and complete set work
  • Assisting pupils with SEN or additional learning needs where required
  • Recording lesson feedback and student progress for teaching staff
  • Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who enjoy working with young people. Ideally, you will have:
