About the Role: Vision for Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in a range of welcoming primary schools in Romford. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in their learning, both in the classroom and on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Provide support for pupils with additional needs, including SEN
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Assist with classroom preparation and general duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience working with children (school-based or transferable experience)
