The predicted salary is between 1800 - 2000 £ per month.
This is a unique opportunity for anyone who is looking to get into working in schools, particularly within SEND. You will undergo additional training courses within SEND, such as Behaviour Management and Special Needs Awareness to help give you the background knowledge and head start that is needed.
You will be working from 8:30-15:30, Monday-Friday during term time. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will have a positive mindset and be flexible and reliable in order to help ensure consistency for the pupils.
Requirements
- To be available for full-time work
- To have some experience of working with children
- To be able to drive and/or have access to a car (this school is not accessible by public transport)
- To be able to provide two references to support your recent employment
- To be able to provide full DBS clearance
- To hold GCSEs passes (Grade C/ Level 4) in Maths and English or equivalent
- To have a good rapport with children and be able to engage them in learning
- To have high expectations for pupils’ work and behaviour
- To have a genuine desire and passion to work with pupils with additional needs

Salary
£415 to £450 per week. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- To hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to process one with us
- To undergo the additional training required
