Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school or a relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with teachers, pupils, and school staff.
  • The ability to provide 1:1 support and small-group interventions, including supporting pupils with varying learning needs.
  • A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to classroom support.
