We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants with relevant experience to join our vibrant team in Bournemouth. About the School & Role

Based in Bournemouth, our Alternative Provision School supports primary and secondary students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including those displaying challenging behaviours. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work either 1-1 or within small groups to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
