Salary: £650-£1010 per week (dependent on experience, qualifications and pay scale).

The School & Role

Vision for Education is recruiting passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to work in welcoming primary schools across Oldham, starting in September. We have long-term, full-time opportunities available, with additional daily supply work for teachers seeking greater flexibility.

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential. You will create a positive, inclusive learning environment where children feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed. Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SEN staff, school leaders, and parents, you will assess pupils' progress, adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs, and contribute to the wider life of the school. This role would suit an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Primary Teacher, Key Stage 1 Teacher, Key Stage 2 Teacher, or Class Teacher looking for their next opportunity.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school, including planning and delivering lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
  • A commitment to supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and personal development.
  • A proactive, reliable attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a school team.
