We’re currently recruiting confident and capable Cover Supervisors to work across Oldham and the nearby areas, supporting pupils and schools on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.
The Role
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain engaged
- Managing classroom behaviour and creating a calm, focused learning environment
- Supporting students with their work where needed
- Taking accurate registers and providing clear handover notes for teaching staff
- Working collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff

Requirements
- Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor
- Be confident managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people in education
- Be able to provide suitable references, hold a valid Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply), and have the Right to Work in the UK
