We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly school in Hexham, NE46. Working as part of an established team, the Teaching Assistant will support within Key Stage 1, including supporting children with SEND. The role would be 5 days a week, 8.30am – 3.30pm.

A minimum Level 2 qualification relating to working with children would be essential.

Requirements:
  • Experience of working with primary school‑aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
