The School and Role:
On behalf of this First School in Morpeth (NE61), Vision is seeking to appoint a KS1 Teacher to work on a full-time basis from September 2026. The KS1 Teacher appointed for the role will be covering a maternity leave in the Year 2 class at school, where pupils have differing levels of attainment. There will be full class teacher responsibilities during this time (planning, assessment and marking), and the role is due to run for the full academic year. This is a ‘Good’ school, where pupils feel happy and supported in school.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
