Vision for Education Cardiff is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers for a range of day-to-day and long-term supply opportunities across Newport and surrounding areas. We work closely with a large network of primary schools throughout Newport and are currently experiencing high demand for qualified Primary Teachers across the Foundation Phase through to Key Stage 2.

The Role
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt teaching methods to support a range of learning abilities and needs
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
- Mark and assess pupils’ work in line with school policies
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and carers

Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Be available on a full-time or part-time basis
- Have a genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
- Deliver lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales and National Curriculum guidance
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Be organised and confident with planning and marking
- Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated in your teaching approach
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous, although not essential.
