The School and Role
A Primary School in Newcastle Upon Tyne are looking to employ an interventions teacher. The successful candidate will be working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering small group and 1:1 interventions, predominantly focusing on Mathematics and English. The school are looking for someone who has strong behaviour management and can work collaboratively as part of a team. The Senior Leadership team are only welcoming applications from experienced teachers for this role.
Requirements
- Experience of teaching across KS1-KS2.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
- An excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND.
