Vision for Education, a leading education supply agency, is seeking a warm, dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in New Milton.

You’ll support students in the classroom and in small groups, and provide 1:1 assistance to help them engage and thrive.

Many students have EHCPs or SEND/Mental Health needs, including ADHD or Autism.

You’ll use behaviour management skills to create a safe, encouraging learning environment and build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
