The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and have the ability to build a rapport with students, be resilient, flexible, nurturing and be able to think fast on your feet to adapt to challenging situations. Our ideal candidate for this role must have relatable experience (working with young people) within the last 2 years that we are able to gain professional, performance-based references from and ideally be trained in Team Teach – Vision can offer FREE training to successful candidates.

The Role

This is a role to support young students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties within a specialist school provision. We are ideally looking for candidates with full time availability Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3.30pm. This position is initially through Vision for Education on a daily basis, however there is potential for this to become a contracted role for the right candidate. The desired candidate will be prepared to complete essential training prior to starting in this setting. We are looking for candidates to begin on our supply register asap.
