Are you a qualified Science Teacher looking for a long-term role from September? We’re working with a range of secondary schools across Greater Manchester seeking Science Teachers for long-term placements across Biology, Chemistry, Physics and General Science. Roles range from term-long placements to opportunities running throughout the academic year, with some positions offering the potential to continue into permanent employment. Day-to-day supply is also available, but our focus is on finding consistent, longer-term roles where you can become part of the department and build relationships with students and staff.
The Role
- Teach Science across KS3-KS4, with KS5 opportunities depending on your specialism
- Deliver engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, Physics or General Science
- Take on full classroom responsibilities within long-term placements
- Plan, mark and assess student work where required
- Work collaboratively with the wider Science department
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Science Teachers with QTS
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or General Science
- Confident classroom and behaviour management
- A commitment to delivering high-quality Science lessons
- Teachers looking for consistent, long-term opportunities
What You’ll Get
- £168.80-£232.45 per day, dependent on experience and school
