A friendly and supportive primary school in Salford is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This rewarding opportunity is ideal for an experienced HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development within a positive and inclusive school environment.
In this Higher Level Teaching Assistant role, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups in the absence of the class teacher
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with SEND and additional learning needs
- Help children develop confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning
- Work closely with class teachers, SEND staff, and school leaders to support pupil progress and wellbeing
- Contribute to a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive

Requirements:
- Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or have relevant experience in a similar role
- Have experience working within a primary school setting

- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrate strong communication, classroom management, and organisational skills
