Finishing your PGCE/QTS and looking to secure your first long-term role? We’re working with a range of supportive secondary schools across Greater Manchester seeking ECTs for long-term placements, with opportunities to continue into permanent roles. Day-to-day supply is also available, but the focus is on consistent, longer-term positions where you can settle in and develop.
The Role
- Deliver lessons across your subject at KS3–KS4 (KS5 where relevant)
- Take on full classroom responsibilities in long-term placements
- Build relationships with students and staff
- Plan, mark, and contribute to the department where required

- Strong subject knowledge in your specialism
