About the role:
- Position: SEND Teacher (ECT)
- Location: Liverpool and Knowsley
- Pay: £150 - £180 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
- Start Date: September 2026
Vision for Education are recruiting for SEND Teachers, specifically Early Career Teachers (ECTs), to work in SEND schools across Liverpool and Knowsley. These roles will have the potential to lead to full-time, long-term positions. You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and long-term placements in a single school may also be able to support your ECT induction.
Requirements:
- Someone who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or is due to complete their teacher training this academic year
- Someone with experience of, or a genuine interest in, supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
- Someone with great patience, drive and determination
- Someone looking to extend and expand their skillset
