The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Create a positive, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
- Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and school staff.
- Support pupils to achieve their full academic and personal potential.
- Complete your ECT induction within a supportive school where applicable.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds, or is due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026.
- Is passionate about primary education and inspiring young learners.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to continual professional development.
- Has high expectations for learning, behaviour and pupil achievement.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
