The predicted salary is between 15 - 15 £ per hour.

Vision for Education are looking for an excellent, dedicated, flexible and enthusiastic

Nursery Teaching Assistant to work in our lovely client schools and nursery settings across Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

We have a variety of roles starting in September and throughout the academic year on both a full-time and part-time basis to suit your experience and availability.

We are looking for individuals who have experience supporting young children within nursery or Early Years settings and have a passion for helping children during the crucial early stages of their education.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within nurturing environments, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing while working alongside experienced teachers and Early Years professionals.

Requirements To be considered for the position of enthusiastic

Nursery TA

, you will

  • Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
  • Have experience working with children in a nursery or Early Years setting.
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
  • Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check and be registered to the Update Service.
  • Have a commitment, drive and enthusiasm to support the highest possible standard of care and early education.
  • Be a dedicated and committed member of our supply team.

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
