We’re seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEND school in Lichfield. This is a full‑time, long‑term role where you’ll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, independence and life skills through a personalised curriculum. You’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure every student is supported in a way that truly works for them.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Providing 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with diverse learning, social and communication needs
  • Assisting students with emotional regulation, behaviour and independence skills
  • Leading intervention and nurture sessions to boost confidence and engagement
  • Supporting pupils with needs such as ASD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate to complex learning needs
